We invite you to take part in the Memorial Day Fitness Challenge—a powerful community workout held in remembrance of the brave men and women who gave their lives in service.
The event will take place on Tuesday, May 21, from 6:00–8:00 p.m. at the BYU–Idaho Fitness Center.
The Workout:
1-mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 squats
1-mile run
The workout can be partitioned and scaled—modifications are available for every movement, making this event accessible for all fitness levels.
This day isn’t about competition—it’s about coming together to push ourselves with purpose, honor the fallen, and support one another through every rep.
