John Reed is a lifelong resident of Ririe, Idaho, and he served as a full-time missionary in Argentina. He has been employed at BYU-Idaho in University Operations for 19 years. John and his wife, Diane, will celebrate their fortieth wedding anniversary next month. They have four sons, all of whom are graduates of BYU-Idaho, and  eleven grandchildren, with one more on the way. Brother Reed has served many callings in the Church.
