Sister Cristina B. Franco was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Before her call as the second counselor in the Primary General Presidency in 2017, Sister Franco served with her husband as he presided over the Argentina Resistencia Mission. Sister Franco has served in many different capacities in the Primary, Young Women, Relief Society, and Sunday School organizations. She served as a member of the Primary general board from 2005 to 2010. Sister Franco met her best friend and husband, Rudolfo C. Franco when they were both in Primary. They were later married in the Salt Lake Temple in 1978 and are the parents of three sons and the grandparents of ten children.  Watch: www.byui.edu/devotionals
