Stephen Thomas Piano Duo Recital

The Ntaca/Thomas Piano Duo will perform works for piano four hands and two pianos on Saturday, November 9, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. in the Barrus Concert Hall. Argentine/Swiss pianist Dario Ntaca has performed to great acclaim with major orchestras worldwide including the Berlin Philharmonic and other orchestras throughout Europe and North and South America. He performs in piano duo with the legendary pianist Martha Argerich and appears in the US this fall with Music Department faculty pianist Stephen Thomas at BYU-Idaho as well as in Utah and California. The concert will feature both suites for two pianos by Rachmaninoff along with works by Mozart and Debussy and the world premiere of the Fantasy Suite for Two Pianos by California composer Deborah Kavasch, written for the Ntaca/Thomas Piano Duo.
