How to create a newsletter template
The email feature I-Belong offers a quick and simple way to duplicate your past newsletters and use it as a template for an upcoming newsletter that you may need to send out. This offers a way to be consistent with your newsletters, and not spend too much time getting your important information out to your group.
Automatic Welcome Emails
Once a new member joins your group, you can send them an automated email.
In your welcome email you can mention the following:
1. Say “Thank you for joining our Group”
2. Tell them about benefits of the group
3. How you will communicate with them
4. Share helpful resources with new members
3. Encourage them to reach out and be part of your I-Belong community by introducing themselves on the General Channel
Join a Group
Encourage fellow students to Join YOUR Group. Just like other social media platforms that require you to follow or join a group to get updates, I-Belong has the same feathure. Here are some ways you can share your group’s Join Link and encourage others to do the same:
1. Friends
2. Fellow class students
3. Social media
4. Email
Sub-Groups
I-Belong has a way to easily section members of your group into smaller “sub-groups” based on their own personal interests.
