Take the month of JUNE to accomplish this challenge. Climb the stadium stairs for a total of 41,325 climbing stairs only. Or use the indoor stair stepper machine. All finishers receive a FREE T-shirt. Grand Teton is 13,775 FT. By completing one entire cycle (left to right end then back right to left to right) a person does 420 stairs up and 420 stairs down totaling 840 stairs. A person would have to do 50 cycles (6 aisles up and 6 aisles down) to climb Grand Teton and descend. It is a total of 20663 stairs up and 20663 stairs down (I measured 8-inch high stairs) for a grand total of 41325 stairs. 50 TOTAL CYCLES OVER AND BACK EQUALS HIKING THE GRAND TETON! Example: Use the outside steps and hand rail steps only. Up,(outside row) down-up, (hand rail row), and down-up (handrail row) and down the hand rail outside equals 1 time across.
