GO TRI events are the perfect way to get a taste of the triathlon experience, get active and have FUN!  You will be notified of your start time.  $5.00 

BREAST: Swim .93 Miles/30 laps, Bike 24 Miles, Run 6 Miles.  
SUPER: Swim .93 Miles/30 laps, Bike 24 Miles, run 6 Miles. Swim 8 laps 
SPRINT: Swim 8 laps Bike 6 Miles, run 1.5 Miles
