Designed for toning muscles and increasing cardiovascular endurance. A perfect work-out for the beginner, pregnant woman and even the advanced fitness person. Work at your own level to reach your goals and specific needs. We will use aquatic equipment to help maximize cardio and resistance from the water. Visit campusrec.byui.edu to register.
