Details
Cross Training is held at the Fitness Center at the Hart Fitness center (School Gym). Cross training involves engaging in a variety of different exercise activities to improve overall fitness and prevent injury. By incorporating exercises that target different muscle groups and skills, it enhances overall performance and reduces the risk of overuse injuries.
BYU-I approved clothing is required.
