Details

A Kickboxing fitness class combines martial arts techniques with cardiovascular exercise to provide a full-body workout. Participants perform a series of kicks, punches, and defensive moves in a high-energy environment, often set to upbeat music. The class usually includes a warm-up, a series of kickboxing drills or combinations, and a cool-down with stretching to improve flexibility and reduce muscle soreness.

BYU-I approved clothing is required.
