Power-lifting Competition

The BYU-Idaho powerlifting competition is a collegiate event where students showcase their strength across three main lifts: the squat, bench press, and deadlift. Participants compete in various weight classes, with their combined total lifts determining their rankings. The winner is determined by adding all the passing weight lifted and dividing by body weight. Gold, silver, and bronze medals will be awarded for each weight class, and all participants will receive a t-shirt. Get ready for a HIGH ENERGY EVENT!!
