Stay on track of your FITNESS/WELLNESS GOALS through the month of February with the Stay FIT Don't QUIT Challenge!

The goal is to complete as many challenges as posible.

1. Set up an appointment for a Wellness Coach Consulation at the Wellness Center between 2/1 and 2/28.

2. Attend Evening Group Fitness Classes.

3. Attend Wellness Center Workshops.

Have the student running the classes or wellness center student initial your punch card.

Prizes Include: RAFFLES: A NINJA BLENDER for the participant who have the most initials on the punch card.

RAFFLE for PORTABLE BLENDER OR WIRELESS EAR-BUDS for those who have 16+ initials.

Ready to get started? It's easy! Just follow these steps:

1. Attend AN EVENING FITNESS CLASS to pick up a Stay Fit Don't Quit card from the instructor OR Wellness Center Hart 174 front Desk.

2. After each FITNESS class, consulation or workshop you attend between 2/1 and 2/28, have the instructor sign the card.

3. At the end of the month, return your card to The Campus Recreation, MC 129. You will be contacted to pick up any prizes you have earned!
