A fun class combining high intensity cardio training and bodyweight exercises. Classes will include mixtures of cardio and strength to optimize all-around fitness! All classes are beginner-friendly and tailored to individual fitness levels. Please work at your own fitness level.  Register through campus rec: campusrec.byui.edu.
