This martial arts-based fitness class is designed for all fitness levels. Work at your own pace. Work out consists of cardio, kickboxing choreographed movements of punches, kicks, and knee strikes set to fast-paced music. Combinations are a mix of punches, jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts. Lower body movements include knee strikes, front kicks, roundhouse kicks, sidekicks, and back kicks. Go to
