Join us for mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) meditation each week.  MBSR is a quiet contemplation practice proven to help reduce stress and promote focus.  Just sit and listen to promptings from our student guides as they help you to develop stress reduction techniques you can then use throughout your life.  You can sign up for an eight-week program with one 20-minute session each week or sign up for single sessions if spots are available.  A different technique will be covered each week. Classroom clothing is appropriate and fitness clothing is not required.  Sessions will be held in the BYUI gardens and chairs will be provided. Reserve your space on http://campusrec.byui.edu.
