Semester Offerings Winter

In Campus Recreation, Sports develop individuals by instilling positive character traits through athletic recreation, competition, and leadership. Sports are offered in four ways: Events, Clinics/Workshops/Groups, Recreational leagues, and Competitive leagues.

Competitive Sports

Basketball Tryout Information
BYU-Idaho Center Courts (Please attend all days of tryouts)

Men

Tuesday, January 10th - 6:00 to 9:00 PM
Wednesday, January 11th - 8:00 to 10:00 PM
Thursday, January 12th - 6:00 to 8:00 PM

Women

Wednesday, January 11th - 6:00 to 8:00 PM
Thursday, January 12th - 8:00 to 10:00 PM

Swim Tryout Information
Hart Pool (Room 215)
Tryouts consist of a 100 freestyle, and a 50 of two other strokes.

Wednesday, January 18th - between 4:00 and 6:00 PM
Thursday, January 19th - between 4:00 and 6:00 PM

Leagues are offered in two formats:

Blue - Includes post-season tournament
White - No post-season tournament & No current competitive league players

Dodgeball - January 25th, 6:00 PM
Spike ball - January 28th, 10:00 AM
Corn hole - January 28th, 10:00 AM
Wrestling Takedown tournament - February 8th
Battleship - February 11th, 7:00 PM
Tennis - February 18th, 10:00 AM
