Hello everyone! We have an exciting opportunity available.
If you are interested in applying in for the scholarship to the upcoming LDSPMA conference (Oct. 20-22), please follow these instructions:
To apply, anyone who is interested would write up 2 paragraphs on 1) how they hope to be involved/how they can contribute to our student chapter this semester and the coming semesters, and 2) how they feel attending the conference would benefit them. Interested students can then email me their write-up here, at audreyginay@gmail.com, by Wednesday, October 12 at 12pm.
The scholarship works through reimbursement. So students would be in charge of finding their own transport & lodging, and would be reimbursed for those expenses, up to an amount that would be determined through their application.
We are going to have a carpool, so gas and travel costs can be shared.
