Grad Fest

Grad Fest – Wednesday, July 23, 2025
Grad Fest will be held on July 23, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., in the Career Center in the Manwaring Center and the University Bookstore.

At Grad Fest, graduates will:

• Pick up their cap, gown, stole, and tassel in the University Bookstore
• Pick up their name card for convocation
• Receive Grad Cash worth $5 for the University Store sale*
• Confirm their diploma mailing address
• Share your contact information with the Alumni Association to stay connected to BYU-Idaho.
• Enter raffle drawings and receive a free gift!
• Take photos at a graduation-themed photo backdrop
• Enjoy refreshments and other celebration games and festivities

*The University Store will be holding its Graduation sale, offering 20% off Alumni products, Class of 2025 clothing, and diploma frames. Plus, all grads will receive Grad Cash worth $5 at Grad Fest to use toward their purchase!
 

Important Update on Graduation Cap and Gown Bundles

• We are introducing a cap and gown rental program, giving future graduates the option to rent or purchase their regalia. Rentals and purchases are available online and in-store.
